Several months ago Madeline and I asked for your help with a fair trade project. Today, on Labor Day 2020, we want to pause, thank, and honor everyone who said yes. We’re inspired and deeply encouraged by your willingness to help with the Fair Trade Summer Beach Bag project. In the midst of this global pandemic, your labor is bringing about many good things.

First and foremost, we honor the talented artisans at Thai Village Inc who labor to create these incredible bags. These beach bags have gone on road trips, shopping expeditions, and been washed and dried them relentlessly, carried groceries, small pets, and other essential things from here to there and yon. They held up to every test. Thank you TVI artisans; we honor your labor and are glad to see that you’re having fun in the midst of the challenges you face. You inspire us.

We also honor our co-laborers who served this summer as ‘bag testers’ ~ Kathy, Jennifer, Heather, Sharon, Sydney, Nikki, Charlotte, Kristalyn, Laurie, Cathy, and Stacy. And to Barb, Jan, Deb, Alicia, and anyone else who still wants to join in ~ there’s a bag, here at home, with your name on it waiting for you. Your input on design, durability, price point, and style are incredibly helpful to us. You encourage us.
